  1. Just found this channel and really enjoying it. I love the back and forth with his buddies. Obviously Lex is amazing, but they always keep him down to earth. I enjoy his training tips. On a side note, I know Lex is straight, but he is the hottest guy on YouTube in the trainer arena. He should be a model. I want to be him when I grow up. LOL. Keep up the good work, sexy man.

  2. Did u ever do a follow up vmore detailed video for this? I still have questions. I'm eating like 2000 calories a day.i work out 5 times a week and run every morning.

    I'm 5'7 180 I have a wide frame probably due to my wrestling history. But I want to get to around 8 percent body fat.

  3. yeah truth is i wish i will be losing fat because i was born with high cholesterol levels and to be honest that scares me. But what i never get is this, ok, we can measure the amount of calories we receive from diet, but how do we measure the calories burnt so that we keep them being more than what we receive, since ( no clue if it's myth or fact) the calories burnt depend on the way of exercise and the body condition/size.
