Being obese I loaded up and watched a couple of these videos and can see why this health provider has endorsed you. Have loaded up the first 6 videos and today's video, the 7th one. Looking forward to starting to work out with you and see how I look and feel in a couple of weeks. They look really good and very enjoyable. I do all this complex every day and include something interesting like Inner Thigh Workout or Standing Abs Workout & Small Waist for the hourglass figure before the challenge exercises.
