  1. Just noticed I made an error on the graph at 6:35 – the bar graphs are labelled opposite. The "400" one should be "perceived calories burned" and the "250" one should be "actual calories burned". My bad!!

  2. I'm having a bit of arm muscles, but want to work on my abs, lower belly fat and arm muscles at the same time. I'm struggling to plan a good diet for this. Anyone can give some advices?

  3. I never focused on eating good when I started my cardio but I did hit it hard . Lost 30 pounds . 5-6 times a week 4-5 miles of just cardio. But what also counts it’s patients . Took me about 8 months.. definitely cut the hot Cheetos though 😂

  4. Why does weight fluctuate like that? I am very obese and so I’m on my weight loss journey. I started at 238 and got down to 233 in a space of 6 months (really bad I know, but I wasn’t exercising or dieting at that point). Yesterday I was 230.6 and today I am back at 232.4. Is that normal?

No matter how much I work out, or go on a diet I just don't lose weight, I've done weight loss programs cross fit training, jejun walking nothing works I believe that only surgery to remove fats can help me, I'm not a person with a bad diet or sedentary I was not programmed to lose weight. but on the other hand I'm not sick and I'm always willing ,
    but I also don’t get full of muscle like a bodybuilder but I have strength
