  1. Hello Fabulous over 50s. I just had my 59th birthday this week. I’m feel I’m pretty active and I eat well. But I just cant stand looking at my crepey arms. Ever since menopause I have noticed my neck and arms getting more crepey. Does anyone have a solution that really works for adding collegen back. Thank you for these videos. I have noticed some change in my sags on my arms. I’m hoping to continue this routine even after this quarantine is over.

  4. Hi Shellea, your workouts are the highlight of my day. I've progressed from couch potato, to your 15 minute workout, to doing this 30 minute workout PLUS the flabby arm workout with ease. Feel fitter and stronger by the day, and joint aches and pains are definitely easing up…BUT….my scale says I'm heavier now than I've ever been (aaarghhh!!!) As a person fixated on her weight, I'm finding this heartbreaking. Do you have any pearls of wisdom to keep me chugging along?? Love from Durban South Africa xxx

  8. Thank you for this slightly longer video, I really enjoyed it. I'm 51 and I've been inspired by you since December last year and you have changed my mind set on so many things. I've lost a total of 12 kilos and many inches!!! Tummy seems to be the hardest part to want to go, but could be due to age and menopause. I'm curious how you calculated the steps and mileage done.
