Have you had issues with successfully dieting to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time? Well, it may be due to a few common dieting mistakes that I see …



  1. Mg body looks a little like week 1 of Dustin so in 4 months my goal is to look like 16 week Dustin. But wait. I smoke cannabis and that gives me the munchies. Shit I like my diet I guess it's been working for me I've been exercising for a year I probably was around 250 in march2019 I am 185 march 2020ive lost 75pnds in a year and my body looks like week 1 lol but with this stupid corona Virus lock down wtf this throws my whole routine out the door. All I can say is CARDIO curved treadmill 2Miles get it done before 17.30 mins. That's my time 4 miles total on ellipticals the one that looks like you're skiing moves from front to back and the one where it looks like your fast ice skating. Moves outwards side side. those will target your lower body fat (love handles, lower belly/abdominal section) your welcome.

  2. 1) Losing weight too aggressively.
    2) Doing too much too soon (aka doing too much at once) which lowers your metabolism.
    3) Not taking breaks with your diet.

  3. Hello! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried Custokebon Secrets? I've heard many incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me ๐Ÿ™

  4. My worst diet mistake was eating 1400 calories daily as a 6โ€™2 190lb male and ended up being skinny fat with practically no strength. Ended up bulking and cut a little below maintenance and so far working out.

  5. Conflicting statements got me confused…
    Losing 1% weight per week could equate to a 1000 calorie deficit, yet the study shown says don't go below a 20% deficit, aka 500kcal.

    Pls someone explain

  6. Basically burn more kcal than you eat so that your body is in a negative for fat lost. Going guns blazing ainโ€™t gonna work as sooner than later you will stop. Like the man said start of slowly.I guess everyone has different bodies that react differently. I really enjoyed that video. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

  7. Soooooo I can still have a sausage egg mcmuffin in the morning, in the beginning is kinda what you are saying? I've totally cut out breakfast for the start of my weight loss journey and only eat light lunches. Dinner is always a nice sized one after I come home from the gym. Just looking for answers is all.
