  1. i’ve only been doing an exercise game called ring fit adventure everyday for 30 mins (like HIIT vids but with breaks in between lol because i’m not that strong yet) so i dont do any weight training.. but i do see that i am gaining muscle esp around my legs (i do a lot of squats). i might try eating more calories than my maintenance calories and see how i go..

  3. I have a question. I've been playing with my macro ratio for a while now and I'm so lost. I started off with 45% carbs, 30% protein, and 25% fat but then I heard it's not enough carbs so I switched it a little to 50,30,20. But now I feel super fat. So, I decided I will try 30% carbs, 25% fat and 45% protein. Then, I heard you say you've had a good experience with 60, 20, 20. Isn't that a lot of carbs? I'm so confused.

Of course, I lost 25lbs although I am huge lady and i also don’t carry out regular workouts. I can now rest longer hours and feel good after i wake up. I feel it`s a terrific boost given it gives me energy and that i can sense the fat-burning. .

  6. I love how everyone keeps saying you will not get bulky. My mom will still complain about how my shoulders made giving birth to me not fun. A couple of weeks of swimming casually will bulk up my shoulders and my neck. My sisters arms are beautifully muscular without exercising. Some women are just more muscular naturally.

  8. if i get off calorie deficit to start toning my body how should i do that. i currently weigh 148lb i was working out cardio jumprope for 40min then some ab workout for ten min like pushup, planks, ect

  9. It said I’m only allowed 663 calories at recomp. I’m 5’7 weigh 71.9 kg and workout 4-5 times a week. Somehow that little calories doesn’t seem right to me that seems more like a deficit

  10. Hi!! I'm a 17 year old girl and I've just started body building. My current workout consists of walking/jogging 30mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening while carrying 2.5kg weights in each hand. I'm wondering if this is enough for a beginner and whether taking protein supplements and shakes is recommended?
