  8. real quick, if you dont train abs, then where yo abs come from? do the booty workouts and leg workouts really tone the abdomen areas? Should someone with slight belly pudge be OK to start working out and eating higher calories? Im sort of lost as heck rn 🙁

  9. It’s important to train core- lots of muscles that if neglected can cause back pain. Some people have really strong cores and can get away with it but most people don’t.
