  2. I eat heathy I eat lots of steak tuna chicken beef pork same thing I gain muscle I workout my muscle I lift till failure and I'm done then I stretch then eat food rest my belly chill sleep overnight in like a week you see results

In my opinion, unless it's water weight, or you're on steroids, hgh etc, or a genetic freak like Lebron James, case of point is you're going to lose some muscle and strength (not a lot) while "cutting" because you're on a caloric deficit. That being said, to burn fat and preserve as much hard earned muscle as possible: avoid long sessions of steady state cardio and do HIIT (sprints). Maintain a high protein intake while slowly, gradually decreasing calories. Complex Carbs are beyond helpful, especially when cutting. Just don't go over board with them.

  4. i have a strange problem . i am muscular and ripped all over my body except belly . already i am following a strict diet of brown rice . oats . egg whites and i have stopped taking any fat ,salt or sugar for 2 weeks and doing heavy workout . muscles are growing but nothing is happening to belly fat . i am drinking carrot juice , apple and tomato juice . other vegetables are risky to consume raw because they are full of pesticides

  7. Starting my first cut tomorrow, not gonna lie I'm really scared of loosing my muscle, I've always had skinny arms and now I have massive arms, and I fear I'm gonna loose them. I took my first bulk too far and am at 28%BF, but most of my fat is stored around my belly. I've calculated it and it should take me 6 months to loose the weight at 2lbs a week. I've only ever done arm days and never bother doing anything else, I do chest and back on each arm day as well. I workout arms twice a week Monday and Thursday. Should I train everyday with weights or just stick to the 2 arms days? For my cut? I'm not talking about more than 2 arms days, I'm talking different muscle groups?

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tried every weight loss system that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Fenoboci Diet Plan mainly because my cousin who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I've effectively dropped 19 lbs in 3 weeks!

  11. Hey Vince, can you lose fat while Bulking up?.I do weights training 3 times a week, i also go to a bootcamp 3 time a week for endurance and strength training we do weights 1 day out of the 3 days per week… And I do run 2-3, 2 times a week if so.

  12. Its still surprises me, just how some people have no idea about Fenoboci Diet Plan, despite the fact that a lot of people get great result because of it. Thanks to my cousin who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I've lost a ton of weight with it without starving myself.

  15. Hello Vince.

    I'm 30yr old, 5'6, 132lbs.

    Two months ago, I was 127lbs then worked out for a month taking 5g of Creatine and reached 137lbs.

    Now, on third month, I lowered to 3g of Creatine, introduced 3-5min low to hi cardio intervals after a weigts workout, 2 to 3 times a week. I lowered my rice intake to 2 times a day as opposed to 3 times a day, fist size per serving.

    When I measure my biceps, legs, back and chest, there are 0.5inches bigger than when I was in 5g creatine. The kicker is that I weight 132lbs.

    What happened to my body?

  16. hey i was wondering if u can help vince or anyone,im not fat just skinny fat,ive got no more than 15% body fat but do u think i can just trian weights and good diet and i can put down the fat percentage down to 8-9%?, please help vince or anyone thanks! 🙂

Definitely include more vegetables in your diet, and if you eat a lot of carbs in a day then you should step the cardio up a bit more, but do everything in moderation because intense changes can screw up your body functions. Also, to keep that muscle you got to have a good source of protein, and even try and get better quality protein if possible.
