I'm on my 19 weeks and starts having bad middle backbone until ribcage cramps and also sciatic nerves pain on right leg. I'll try doing this exercise regularly as I can't tolerate this pain anymore

I did a lot of research of prenatal yoga teacher on YouTube . And your 100% my favorite . I love the way you did your session. It's not too slow or too fast. The position make me work and my back don't feel pain like in other yoga session I did (trying to hard to follow the positions and at the end making worst). I would love to see more videos of you on YouTube.. Maybe your own channel hehehe.

week 28. never have been much into yoga but thought as its a good pregnancy excercise i'll give it a shot. Really liked the video but it could be a little bit more exhausting (not on the yoga skill level but the fitness level though) . i like being all red and sweaty after excercise 🙂

20 weeks with twins! I was super feelin it on the squats. Couldnt hold it as long but i cant wait to keep doing this until I'm better!

26 weeks pregnant (davids wife) and first time dioing yoga since before i was preggo. a bit challenging.. especially the backwards chair… I couldn't do it at all. Otherwise very good, gonna try again more often!
