  4. Good stuff, I am 71, but I always since the age of 15, excessed, long before it became fashionable, 19 early 60 's. However messed up my knee and want coach potato the last 13 years from a sport accident . I am not overweight ,just out of some shape, as I kept a little excersise throughout, just not in shape anymore. Think I like your version of fitness best Stephen, I am 71, and want to make a comeback, I think I can!

  5. This says exercise for those over fifty, that’s really stupid! My husband is a fitness buff, works out all the time is over fifty and if he did these it would seriously injure the knees!!! And most over 59 wouldn’t be able to do these!

  7. great video – I initially thought you would be selling a product at the end – but you did not. Thanks for keeping it real. I am 69 and have always tried to stay in shape – but Jack Daniels became a new organ around my belly. ha – will cut back and work this three exercises into my diet and exercise routing. Well done
