  2. WOW! This was hard… but I pushed through. The jumping and hopping on and off the stepper was the most difficult because I felt unbalanced and core is weak. But I will do this for my core periodically throughout the week. Thanks Jo!

  3. Oh my gosh! I did you last video before this your HIIT workout and I almost puked πŸ˜… I've always lifted weights and been active, BUT I had my second baby and lost near to all my motivation. Your channel has been an enormous help to easing back into workouts that are not a weight lifting regimen. Keep it up because it's helping this mom of two!

  6. hey Jo how do you maintain your hair during workouts with all the sweating? Im also mixed so I don't have time or can even wash my hair all the time. What do u do? Im getting annoyed with how I sweat it out and can't wear it down after It has been straightened :/
