  1. Was all on board to begin with but I am not that flexible as a beginner, to be able to do the legs over head and reaching forward ones for that many reps. Some warm up stretches for the legs and hips would be good before trying that, alas, I was kinda flopping around uncontrolled, like a magikarp using splash, just trying to make something happen.
