    🥀Day 1: It was really hard.. But I did it, and I feel really good. I started with 81,3 kg and my goal is 75💪🏼 I need 77 to have ideal weight🥺🥺
    🥀Day 2: I'm dumb, I forgot to do this😭😭
    🥀Day 3: It was hard, but it was better than on Day 1. But my legs are so dead idk why hahaha

  2. yo skinny gang: does it also really hurt for you to do some exercises because of your tailbone and spine digging into the ground? 🙁 if so does anyone have advice on how to make it better? (and pls don't just say gain weight lol, that's what i'm trying to do)
