  1. I never do this but when i see people’s morning routine i see that most of them workout in mornings so i decided to try it cuz every single time i wake up i go straight to my phone and don’t do anything else! 😂

  2. everytime i do one of these workouts, i either end up feeling the burn in non-designated places (usually my shoulders and abdomenal region) and the next day it's impossible to stand up. i get very shakey, i lose my balance and end up falling on my mat. i'm a tad ovverweight and i'm enemies with my own body. i have binging problems and whenever i try to do these routines i end up forgetting them the next day. i'm determined to do everything i can to make me feel comfortable in my own skin. i'll be doing this + chloe's lose thigh fat workout + holly dolke's 10 minute small waist workout. i'll try to update as much as i can 🙂

  3. Anyways, I am going to try this myself. I’m going to try for a week and if I continue for over a week, I’ll add on another seven days!:3 also I’m going to do this in the afternoon, because all my online classes are in the morning due to corona virus.
