  2. FYI – ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. 15 min abs routine done 3 times a week will maintain ab strength and mobility. I’m a 57 male vet with about 10% body fat who has 1-2 cheat meals a week. When I have more than that my body fat increases. So just eat healthy and exercise and you will be fine

Nutrition….stop eating fast foods, process foods, animal 🦔 flesh, dairy caws milk …cheese pizza…pepperonis…cooking with any type of oils…including extra virgin olive oil…is all a liquid fat…120 calories per tablespoon…you can do all the resistant training, all the aerobics etc…won’t to any good to loose your fat…the fat you eat is the fat you wear…..eat more 🥬….fruits, Cut down on your cholesterol habits….eat more beans, rice etc…eat life foods…not dead animal flesh….full of bad hormones, toxicity……nice video….stop eating the SAD 😞 life style ….the standard American diet!!!

  4. I am there and I am a believer! I love your program RA40! I am working it for the 3 time and adding more layers. I now can got to a fully equipped gym and I just finished Week 1 of Muscle Intensity and could doo the entire sequences of works and have started to add HIIT! I love your videos. I already incorporate these exercises into my routines. They are good. Thank you!

It is super simple, IF( I have worked up to 24 hours), OMAD break your fast with a Keto meal,( eat clean, I have chicken fish or beef with green beans, asparagus or a cruciferous veggie, work out in a fasted state….Nothing fried, no soda, no bread, pasta or potatoes. NO SUGAR, no cake or cookies.. Once you get used to eating this way ( it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change) you will see results. It is not Rocket Science!!!
