  1. Arnold was on Steroids. The camera loved him, the magazines were obsessed. They took note of all his isolation movement based workouts. How he worked out daily. Isolation movements and working out daily make perfect sense to a person on Steroids. The rest of us NEED to recover. Bottom line Arnold did more damage to fitness then McDonalds. And the world still holds him as a god.
