  1. Adding real fresh ginger roots will give you an extra boost.

    This is how I do mine. I blend it in my Ninja blender. One cucumber, 2 whole melons, 2 finger size fresh ginger roots, 4 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

    I put all this in my Ninja blender with 1 bottle of water. I blend it all very well. I strain it and get the juice. It produces 3 cups.

    Drink 1 cup at night before bed time.
    Drink 1 cup first thing in the morning when you wake up.
    Drink 1 cup about noon some time before you eat your lunch.

    I just started that but had a wedding to attend and so messed up on the dieting and eating healthy part. I will try to focus and do this for 7 days with good eating habits and hope I do lose some weight.

    This drink is very acidic, that is why it is not recommended to drink it for more than 7 days.
