  1. Doing any of these work outs, I get a horrible cramp in the side of my hip. When I immediately stop the worl out position it goes away but does anyone else get that? Almost feels like something's dislocating but it's not. It's just a pain. Am i not stretching enough?

  2. My boobs shrink significantly when I'm in the healthier diet routine and when I work out more often. Yes my abs become more obvious but I'm looking my boobs. The struggle is so real. I can't have both.

  3. I like that this work out isnt just the same “crunches/sit ups, plank, mountain climbers” routine that every other video is. It’s different, and quick so there is no excuse for me to skip ab day lol

  4. this workout is amazing! i tried heaps of other ab videos specifically made to target the lower abs and none of them really worked out and was too easy for me, but when i tried out yours it really helped because of the tips and advice you give through out your videos and yeh i just wanted to applaud you on that. keep making videos like this your awesome xx

  5. I love your workouts! you made my spine fit after many years of exercising with a bad position. Could you do longer workouts? Full with warm-up and stretching at the end? Hours, forty minutes or longer than 15 minutes? You give me strength with every workout, I love to watch and listen to how you run all trainings correctly and how to explain what to do and what not to do! This is important! <3 please, at least once a week for such a long workout <3 I do several of your workouts per day, for a long time I'd prefer one longer which will contain all the most important exercises <3

    I have been following this routine since almost a month
    All of these I am able to do, except the last part of switching legs. I don't know why but I can't do more than 2-3 switches, just can't lift my legs up, my back really hurts. May be I am doing some step wrong.
