I'm 59, and am on TRT; so my natural testosterone production is on hold. I do weight train 3 x per Week, and do H.I.I.T. twice a week. I also do IF (18/6 or mostly 20/4) 4 x per Week. I am on a Keto diet, and on days I don't fast I still don't eat a lot of calories.
I've lost 106 lbs over the past 15 months but have hit a plateau the past few weeks, and still have quite a bit of body fat to lose.
I love the Keto diet because being a Type 2 diabetic on insulin it helped me lower my HbA1c level from 14 mmol down to 5.1; which has allowed me to lower my insulin dosages. If I eat more carbs I will need to take more insulin which blocks/prevents fat burning.
So I guess I'm screwed and stuck with the fat.

I think it’s been about a year and a half ago when I first came across your videos. All I can say is thank you. I went from a 36 waist belly hanging over my belt buckle. Back to a 34 inch waist and my abs are starting to show my arms and shoulders look bigger. I didn’t go crazy I took baby steps so I wouldn’t hurt myself. 🙏 thanks from California

Intermittent Fasting, exercise, eat a whole lot of whole foods, get good rest(sleep). This is working for me. I try to keep it simple. Peaceful, positive ,patients. Train your mind and your body will follow.
