  1. This is a good workout, but I think it’s really important to be mindful of the fact that as women, there are a few reasons we can hold fat in our lower belly including too much cortisol, oestrogen dominance, water retention… some of this stuff can’t be fixed with exercise alone so be kind to yourself about that!

  2. I have to wonder if the blue outfit wasn’t the best option for that girl…. she was so self conscious and constantly pulling it up to her boobs and focused more on her outfit rather than focusing on her workout moves.

  4. I’ve lost 54 pounds , started at 254 and I’m around 199 . Most of my weight is in my thighs and booty , But this little pooch of belly fat just won’t go away I feel discouraged and I’m sooooo close to a flat belly , it’s just this little ugly pooch at the bottom I’m fighting with . I want advice help !!!!!!! I heard ab workout alone do not give you a flat belly but I never know what to believe!!! I do 20 minutes of cardio a day and about 15 of strength . And so far I see results but 😭 I feel scared my biggest insecurity will never leave
