    1= what time, can I do this exercise.?? 2: warm up necessary or not? 3:Before plank should we do any other exercise so that body get ready for plank?? 4:plank in periods ok or not??

    I am doing this with some other workouts."Squats",Lunges","Hip Bridge","Wall Push-ups","Tricep Dips","Standing Calf Stretches","Single Leg Circle","Vertical Leg Lift".
