  1. my 2 cents on fat loss.
    1. stop all sugary drinks (I use green tea / fruits to curb cravings)
    2. drink loads of water
    3. don't snack on junk foods (have larger balanced meals)

  2. so first off u r really good looking not just body but facial wise. and second how do i calculate to get the correct deficit to lose fat while not losing weight and muscle mass. and should i do more muscle than cardio or vice versa if i want to loose fat w.out losing weight

  3. ModernHealthMonk, I have depression, and because of bad side effects my psychiatrist told me to stop taking my anti-depressant, so I feel more lethargic and, well, depressed than before. But recently, my grandma died and I just don't feel motivated enough to make myself healthy food every day, so I just keep eating whatever is the easiest to eat, usually junk food. I also have Intracranial Hypertension, so if I gain more weight the spinal fluid pressure in my skull will get higher and could permanently damage my optic nerve/vision, so it's really important that I lose weight but I'm not sure what to do. I gained about 5 pounds and I'm concerned about my health.

  4. Ok, I have a question. So right now I have too much fat. I've gained weight as a result of stress eating and lost my waist. I'm 5'4" and I'm just under 200 pounds. I know I can lose the fat but I'm also concerned about losing my curves that I have grown found of. I know I can't change my body shape, but is there a way to maintain my hips and butt through weight training, and what would you recommend for my diet because I actually want to maintain some fat.
