Without a gym membership, heavy exercise equipment or personal trainer I show you a routine that’s easy to follow to lose weight, slim & tone tummy, belly, arms …

  1. Very good information. Dancing, walking and swimming are good for older people πŸ˜Šβ€πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŠβ€β™‚οΈπŸŠβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ƒπŸ•Ί

  2. My batwings are way worse than yours. So I’m going to get busy. The only problem is I have arthritis in my shoulders, so I have to be careful. I can’t wait to see the results. I started eating less this week. Now my grandkids are coming this weekend. So I’ll start again next week. I’m going to enjoy myself this weekend.

  3. hi Heather you make me smile lovely lady x the only way I lost weight was to change my eating habits I cut out sugar(better skin) no white stuff, only whole grains lots of salads and vegetables and I try to avoid high carbs I don't eat meat but I do eat fish, I didn't exercise but I do think I need to tone up, I used to do regular keep fit but fell by the wayside, I have a fit ball static bike and hand weights so no excuse, thanks for the nudge in the right direction, cheers Jenny

  4. I love that you keep it real on your videos because it's like watching a friend ☺ I shall be incorporating the arm exercises and the snacks πŸ˜€ the dancing maybe a little difficult as I'm disabled 😁 but I'll definitely try & move something 😁

  5. Oh Heather, my daughter and I have made a pact to exercise, eat healthy and lose weight. I lost my dear Momma (she was 88) in Aug, my older brother in Oct and my sister had a massive stroke this week. Hospice has been called in. I want to live long and healthy. Thanks for the tips. πŸ™‚ Mary Lou

  6. Sounds like a plan I may be able to do , I dance lots around the house the more I do the more I feel I can do, I need yo move to get my energy maxed out .I'm big on fresh lemons but will go and get some more teas.Happy New Year to you and Bill ..I also have a Bill ..lol

  7. Hi Heather, great video well done!!! Craisins are so tasty, pistachios/almonds/peanuts/cashews are my choices in nuts. I love them unsalted & dry roasted or honey roasted. Veggies & fruits are always on our grocery list. Lots of chicken (baked), fish(broiled), quinoa/rice cauliflower/beans/legumes. My arms are the same as yours, I need to tone&tighten my legs, thighs&tummy. I put on the Allman Brothers Band's 'Eat a Peach',& I dance, sing.Dancing really makes me feel alive. You know, one with the music… I have weights(3lbs.&6lbs.)& an exercise ball. Love that fitbit, it's something that I've been considering; on my wish list. That little hula-hoop seat looks like great fun. I have high hopes for this new year in the 'getting back in the world & becoming a better me' catergory. You spoke truths&realness in this video, thank you. Hello to Bill&Hurricane. You're doing a great job Heather & you look AWESOME!!!:) Have a great weekend.:)

  8. Hi Heather good video but l have got Athrites and it's in my left shoulder so l have to be careful and in my left knee as well l am on slimming world and have lost some weight and l have got a few cleaning jobs which keep me going but l do like what you are doing thanks for sharing and Happy New year to you and your family x

  9. Happy New Year, Heather & Bill! This video is great, Heather, because at our age, we're likely not going out to buy some huge, expensive exercise equipment or go on some trendy diet. This is such practical advice for us. And no, I'll never get that young body back, either, but, I'd love to lose a couple pounds and tone up, if its still possible at 65+. Thanks for another wonderful video. Hope you three have a great weekend! πŸ™‚ Rosemarie xo

  10. Hi Heather, another awesome video, thank you! I also love my Fitbit Alta HR, but recently upgraded to a Versa which looks like a beautiful watch and has more things like listening to music with blue tooth headphones so you don't need your phone with you, but I changed my #of steps to 8000 so I could reach my goal more often!!

  11. Hi Heather and Bill. Great start to 2019. A handy way of shedding a few pounds is to just eat a third less than usual, at each meal. This way you're not deprived of any favourites, but you really lose weight. Also, totally agree in relation to gyms, personal trainers, and expensive machinery. I have tried them all, and never persisted. Have had many "clothes hangers". If it's convenient, and fun, then there's a chance! Love your dancing idea, the stool, and the weights. Thank you guys so much. Hugs to Hurricane.

  12. i was anorexic and bulimic back in the day too..it was hell. i modeled a tiny bit, wanted to be more successful but was also afraid of the added pressure to look thin, so i can imagine how hard it was to not have an eating disorder with your success! glad we are both healthy:)

  13. I have a Fitbit too and it really helps. It vibrates to remind me to get up and moveβ€”I can tell it to shut up, which is nice. Your tips were realistic! I also have an ugly treadmill. It beats walking in the wet Pacific Northwest. No excuses!

  14. πŸ‘πŸΌ tips πŸ’ͺ🏼… I unfortunately am a person who can be easily distracted and good habits are really difficult to stick on me. I've tried different things (not difficult stuffs) in the past, but not last. The latest one was to keep my outfit diary… it lasted just over 90 days (I'm not into diary) πŸ˜”
Anyway, I wish you all the best! God bless 🀩
