  1. Day 4 complete😍 I'm loving how I notice improvements in my body, and I'm not talking visual, but ability! Already I'm developing more endurance and strength. I've learned how to breathe properly when working out. Learning it's best, most beneficial, and absolutely OKAY to focus on form more than repetition! I've ALWAYS struggled with lunges, and I CAN DO THEM NOW! WHAT? YES! Today, I successfully completed up down planks! 😍 I'm loving this program. I feel like death at times when I'm in the midst of it, but it's so rewarding.💕 helps me reach my water drinking goal each day too 😉. For anyone struggling with core engagement, prior to starting this program I was doing random home workout I came up with. I always started with a plank, and it helped me learn to engage my core.

  2. In case anyone has troubles engaging the core muscles, here's a trick that always works for me when I feel like my core isn't engaged enough:
    Go into a tabletop position and tense your core muscles as if somebody was to punch into your stomach. While keeping your muscles tensed, proceed to breathe normally. This is how your core should feel when you engage it the right way.

  3. I like how structured your videos are!! I also appreciate the low impact exercises. ALSO! If I am not able to fully do an exercise, I just do something else like crunches or jumping jacks during that time. (Better than skipping!)

  5. Drenched in sweat, day 8 complete. Can't believe I finished another one. I noticed that the sets didn't seem as long today, and I'm finishing them faster than I realized. My body is getting stronger, I'm so proud. 💪🏻

  6. I'm starting this today so gonna update u guys for 30 days hopefully
    Day 1: it wasn't that bad and I was a little sweaty
    Also I had 3/4th of apple cider vinegar in the morning
    Day 2: had a glass of water with 2 tbsp of acv in the morning .. the exercise idk why felt harder today but I guess because I exercised yesterday and my muscles were a bit sore

  7. I'm going to be doing this exercise at least once a day for a week, with the egg diet. So wish me luck guys.

    I don't have a scale but my waist measurement is 35 inches.

    March 1st: It was really hard but never impossible. I skipped like three exercises and took many breaks but completed it
    March 2nd: Completed, wasn't easier but did more than I did yesterday
    March 3rd: Did it again and the amount of results I'm seeing is crazy. I'm very emotional rn

    March 5th✅
    March 6th: took a rest today, btw I ended the egg diet
    March 7th✅

    It's March 13th, I'm still doing it. I skipped two days tho

  8. I love your videos! Thank you for this! I just found your channel recently and originally began my goal to tone my abs with your two week challenge. When I heard about your 30 day challenge I was excited. This was my first day beginning that challenge! I appreciate the work you put in for your videos and the help you give so many people like myself! Great work Chloe!

  9. I'm not entirely fit enough for the mountain climbers and the jumping planks, so I replaced them with Spiderman planks and the rolling planks. This way you're still doing an exercise without getting overly tired and discouraged! Tip for the ladies in a similar situation as me.

I've done the 2 week challenge well I did it for 4 weeks my measurements were the same, even tho I stopped junk food and all that, now I'm at this challenge I'm at the 16th day and I'm still the same, all these videos showing me how people lost inches while I'm here losing nothing but motivation day by day. On the other hand my endurance has increased and I am stronger and feeling more muscle when I tense them up but there is no physical changes, am I doing something wrong or do I need more time? Am I the only one or what?

Hey chole, can u plz tell me, I started 2week abs workout chellenge, I started these exercise last 10days continuously twice in a day around 20-30minute , but still my belly same as I started before, my stomach belly around 37inch and I don't see any change, bcz of these workout so paining specially my legs and arms, I think I should skip this challenge 😌😔

  14. After 2 days, i can finally complete this workout in 12 mins. Ofc as the days progresses, I'm planning to complete this workout in 10 mins but as of right now, I'm just glad I'm cutting back on break time.
