I need to get back in the gym but i always change my eating habits first then start working out 2 weeks after, but if i would get hungry while or after working I’d have a sub on flat wheat bread or fruit salad w/cinnamon on top. Because eating healthy & working out my hair grew like crazy, i take probiotics & try not to eat after 7 since i have gallbladder issues
