  1. For all the girls out there: be constant, search for tasty healthy food, do the workouts every day and one day to rest. I assure you, everything is possible! I’ve been doing Pamela’s workouts since the start of the lockdown, it’s been already almost 3 months, and I’ve never felt this good. Believe in yourself and never give up even if it hurts. Only this way you will be able to achieve your goals.
    Pamela thank you so much for this workouts, thanks to them I’m starting to love my body and my mind as never before. I admire your hard work and the love you’re putting in every single workout 💕.

  2. For anyone wondering how many calories this burns:
    I am 5’7 and 127 lbs and I burned 120 kcal. Keep in mind I did take a few breaks but they were usually no more than 10 seconds. Also my heart rate was mostly in the fat burning zone.

  3. I don't know why, I love her Workouts soooooo much, but this one was the first one I really didn't like. It is not because it was too intense or so, but I really didn't like some of the exercises, because there were some where my back cracked and hurted….🤷‍♀️

  4. not gonna lie this is the hardest workout ever change my mind.. i just started CRYING because i can’t do it without any breaks. pam, i am a human not a transformer 🙁
