    Also I’ve had ginger tea for a while now and I can definitely say it was delicious and I have seen a small change, and as a while I mean like a week and a half

  2. Sodium is in processed foods. It's not exactly the same as salt .

    If you research you'll find 6 small meals a day, is no longer recommended, and never should have been.

    Chicken + Veggies. Count on that.

  3. Guys just drink a gallon of water, cut off dairy products, don’t eat a lot of fast food, don’t eat junk food like snacks. If you feel hungry, Drink more water. That’s a strict diet, now an exercise that doesn’t need you to run too much. Just stand up and stay in that spot forever with your phone or when you’re playing your video games, if you’re bored then you walk in place.
