  1. Hi, uhhh… can I skip to day 16 (2 minutes plank) because I can do that 2 minutes plank in one go, I'm not boasting btw. I've been planking several times last last month and push ups and crunches so I think even though there's no or small changes in my body, it still improved my strength and endurance.
