  1. day 1 of workout was yesterday- it was hard! My stomach has never felt this much pain!
    Day 2 (today)- it was okay, we couldn't finish some of the workouts but I tried! It hurts like crazy, but my stomach Is harder. 🙂

    I don’t mind that other people edit so they can keep their cosmetic appeal (haha), but it’s a nice balance of learning visually and the voice overs.
    Wether I turn my own music or listen to you firstly… I really appreciate the scientific breakdowns.

  5. This has had to be one of the most intense workouts I've done. Not because it's hard but because throughout this workout i was determined not to give up! With tears in my eyes I made it through the frustration of being tried of myself. I didn't want to give up & i didn't.
