  2. Hi Amy, when you talk with a soft voice, it is very difficult to hear you. The music is louder than your voice. Can you think of that for the next videos please? I was doing with you but not hearing any of the explanations you give during the exercise. Thank you for the vรญdeo.

  3. I'm not even pregnant and my doctor already said "no exercises during pregnancy" ๐Ÿ™„… "just do yoga and stretching type of exercises"… Argggg I won't stop my exercise routine like that just for pregnancy. I will not be ill, just pregnant..
