  1. April 15.. my day1. I love how yogas don't make us out of breathing. Refreshing, Stretching… I am gonna do this at least for 15 days. ( only the boat pose that I didn't complete ๐Ÿ˜€ )

    day 1: i of course didnโ€™t notice any results but was sweating a lot. felt very energized however.
    day 2: i wasnโ€™t as sweaty as day 1, and i felt very energized after. no difference yet.
    day 3: i barely sweated today, i feel very energized and calm. my stomach is starting to look a little defined and my waist looks slightly smaller today.
    day 4: i sweated a lot more today, notice my stomach feels firmer. other than that, no difference.
    day 5: i woke up and my waist is WAY smaller. i had to compare my before photo with now and itโ€™s crazy! my stomach also feels firmer.
    day 6: the lines on my stomach are becoming more visible, my stomach also doesnโ€™t bloat anymore! stays the same size i woke up with.
    day 7: today is my rest day, but i woke up and my waist is smaller (: my thighs also are way firmer!!

  3. I have literally done this for two days and I am not sure if it is just he imagining it or if I have already seen a slight change… I am going to try to do this twice a day if that is healthy. I think it is so๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚
