  3. So I don’t know if it will have a better outcome but I kinda did a little of both 2017 & 2018. I’m only on day two but here’s what I’m doing:
    1. 1/2 cup Ginger tea
    2. 1/2 cup of Aloe Juice
    3. 1/4-1/2 cucumber
    4. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    5. 1 tsp turmeric
    6. 1 tbsp ACV
    7. 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
    8. 1/2 cup pineapple
    9. 1/2-1 lemon or lime
    10. Blend & drink

    It’s not ice cream, but it’s doable to drink. Doing it at night like he said.

  4. I have a suggestion that I tried that tasted really good. Freeze your pineapple in little cubes, when you blend it all together it's perfectly icy it makes a really refreshing drink. And if you want you can add some stevia I personally like it better with the pineapple Frozen to make it more smoothie like. Great drink, I really enjoyed it! Thanks!

  5. Ever since I started with this drink I’ve been having a super runny tummy, it feels like I have a water retention. Day in day out it’s just pouring in the bowel.
