  1. I've been doing this workout everyday (ofc with an occasional lazy break) for over a year now. And I don't even remember how my stomach looks without the abs from this workout. Now I'm kinda scared to stop. Thank you Pamela ❤️. I've tried all her other workouts and they're short, but a killer. Perfecto!

  2. Day 1 of trying to do the workout without a break: I were not really good. I often did breaks for a few seconds. But at the planks I did mostly more than a few seconds
    Day 2: I made it to the flutter kiks without rest. Then I did many rests (mostly just a few seconds) I hope I can make it one exercise further tomorrow.
    Day 3: I made it to the bicycle crunch am I‘m really proud of it because I made it not only one , but a few exercises further. And omfg I hate the planks in the end.
