I’m so glad I came across this I’m 17 weeks pregnant and I’m obese .. I weigh 306lbs and I’m 5’5 I need help!!😩 I don’t wanna gain no more than 10 lbs.. this is baby number 4!!
I’m 5’ and weigh 180 lbs. I’m about 10 weeks pregnant. I know I weighed 175 about two months ago. So I gained about 5 lbs. I’m trying to stay active and eat healthy to not go over 200lb, but if my doctor recommends me too, then I’m okay with it. I know I’m overweight, I just hope my pregnancy goes well. This is my first pregnancy. 🤗
I have tested many fat loss plans already but not one of them offered me the results just like I acquired using this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) course. I don’t truly feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. Since applying the tactics stipulated in this plan, I shed 15 pounds by now. .
Thank You for this video.. I’m also starting out obese and needed to know what to do in order not to end up having a ton more to lose after 🙏🏻
I am 5'7" and weighed 228 when I found out I was pregnant. I lost 15 pounds in my first trimester and since then gain it all back plus more than I'd like when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I follow a pretty strict diet with it and yet I'm still gaining weight. I'm 33 weeks now. I've been diagnosed with GD, chronic hypertension and a myriad of other issues. I was working out but started spotting and was told to take it easy
Am 104kgs is there any chances of conceiving???
I’ve tried every single slimming guideline and this plan to lose weight “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) is the one which works for me along with their own products to get rid of fat. I do not feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I’m also not as starving as I used to. I have shed about 15 lbs since applying this item. .
Most urgently needed vdo.
I'm at the borderline 24.9 BMI and my goal is to lose a bit of fat first trimester and only gain the lowest healthier amount. I've been just eating normal meal sizes and trying to walk more and avoiding sweets or anything unhealthy and taking all the prenatals.
you're a God send thank you
I’m 21 5 weeks pregnant and I weigh 215 I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life
A pal of me that has utilized this amazing “Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it) manual has gone by FORTY-ONE inches waistline to 34 inches. I have applied this specific diet regime too and after a week, this guideline has offered me an improvement. I am a lot more energetic and lost Seven pounds of my very own bodyweight. .
Such a helpful and educative video. Personally I did not do so well on my weight loss with these videos until a friend directed me to this weight loss program. https://bit.ly/2SJ3fip. In fact I am shocked at what I am seeing today. Try it guys.
Thank you for this video! I’ve been trying to slim down, but every time I have a “What if this is a pregnancy symptom and I’m in the two week wait?” Moment, I am suddenly concerned about working out a lot and eating to lose some.
Kudos for talking about a sensitive topic. It’s been hard to find a lot on!! I usually have maintained my weight with 1,400 calories per day. I tracked for 100 days straight religiously (including brands etc) and more at other times, and the app said 1400 was the lowest they’d recommend and that I should lose 2 lbs per week. I didn’t lose a pound.. I’ve had other methods that worked for me better, but I like being better educated in calories. I just hope someday I get a doctor who doesn’t try to make me eat that much.. Everyone’s bodies are a lot different.
A TIP: I’ve heard that when you are craving something, eat it AFTER eating healthy nutrients. That way you don’t fill up on just cravings, but you also don’t deprive yourself. You can use it as a reward for a healthy choice! Also you can reward yourself with a nap or spa treatment if you can say no to cravings! (Also some cravings can be from a deficiency of certain vitamins or iron or something, so if you have a persistent one, maybe ask a doctor if you need a supplement or test.. otherwise they are pretty darn normal! 🙂
With the chips in the background… 🤣🤣🤣 I love it!
