I tracked for 100 days straight religiously (including brands etc) and more at other times, and the app said 1400 was the lowest they’d recommend and that I should lose 2 lbs per week. I didn’t lose a pound.. I’ve had other methods that worked for me better, but I like being better educated in calories. I just hope someday I get a doctor who doesn’t try to make me eat that much..
