  5. Honestly this was solid help, I had started working out again after not working out for a very long time this past December, have stayed the path but still have that lower belly fat. I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week, running a mile every time I go and doing upper and core workouts variating. I notice I tend to go out more on the weekends and get that lovely restaurant food. I figured once or twice a week wasn’t bad but clearly my lower belly has other plans. Thanks for this I will incorporate it. I don’t drink so I don’t have to worry about that.
