  3. My buddy told me about a diet plan “fetching tuti space” (Google it) and how he shed fourteen pounds through it! I didn’t find any success from trying other weight loss diet plans available. Nonetheless, this program made amazing things on my weight.

  4. i'm going to try this, and give updates in just day 1, day 2, day3, if i dont see much progess, i'll do it in a week
    Day 1 – i don’t see that much of a difference.
    Day 2 – there’s a little bit of a difference, i’ll do it again today and see if there’s any much more progess
    Day 3 – my belly is now half-way getting to be thin. Doing it for 2 weeks.
    Day 4 – no difference but i can see a little bit of intense abs.

  5. I have fat rolls in my stomach, and I have always struggled with loosing it, I’ll be trying this today and do it for 5 days 2 times a day, I’ll update you guys after 5 days. 👍🏻👍🏻

    Day:3 all I lose was a pound not that effective but oh well

  7. i am going to try it for 3 days and will update the results: i will give update everyday for 3 days. with every measurement possible wish me good luck will start from tomorrow as its already 2.35AM will do twice per day so total 6 sessions will do. so keep track of my 3 days update results thanks

  8. The first step is working very well just exercise until you fell hurt on your belly and and did follow that step daily. No pain no gain and you get 6 packs in short periods of time. When you exercise put your feet under the sofa and make fast move… Up and down
