  1. I appreciate the fact that you're a trainer but as a trainer you should know that everyone has a 'six pack' and no amount of crunches (whether done on a Total Gym or on the floor) is going to get rid of belly fat. To display the abs one needs to do aerobics and eat right….

  2. Everything you do on the Total Gym will include your abs and your core all you have to do is think about it a little bit with each exercise and lift your legs do a crunch move a certain way and it'll all make your core stronger.

  3. I realize that eating right reduces body fat and is really the only way to get six pack abs no matter how hard you exercise.Β  However, I would think this exercise is good for anybody – fat or skinny.
