  2. I weigh 8 and a half stone, am 56 and hate the middle aged spread .I've put 2inch on my waist but I look like a pair of braces . Can I really lose just my belly fat as if I cut down on food I reckon I'll disappear. Serious question so no keyboard warrior comments, though I'm up for a banter if you want .

  4. Has anyone used the Fenoboci Diet Plan to lost lots of fat? Simply just do a search engine search. On there you'll find an awesome guidelines about how you can lost a lot of weight. Why don't you give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.
