  1. Hi! I am looking for exercises to have upper body strength exercises. I am getting back into tennis and I really have no upper body strength/power. Will this help or this will only tone the muscles around the shoulders?

  3. Whenever I have to go back to my beginner fitness level after pregnancy and post partum, I start with this workout for upper body…for a while. It's simple but so effective and helps protect me from injury by jumping into using weights too quickly.

  4. This is a nice arm workout, I dont have weights now as gyms r closed.. but wen i do this workout i feel like i m working with weights.. thanks.. i m gonna do this everyday till the lockdown continues.. lets see the results ๐Ÿ™‚
