  1. I use this machine from time to time at the gym. It's awkward. It seems core would be isolated and engaged better without having to pull weight down with arms.

    I am a 60 year old woman and have gone from 375 to 260 to 280 sadly. But back at gym and loving it. I use 75lbs but just do general facing forward move. Because of severe knee arthritis getting up off the floor is NOT an option and so many oblique 'love handle' exercises are out for me. Going to add this sideways move beginning tomorrow morning. Yay!
